why is my xbox game bar recording button, replay, and capture greyed out windows 11

Step 3: If you cannot find the AppCaptureEnabled key, right-click the space and choose New > DROWD (32-bit) Value. Name it AppCaptureEnabled. Then double click on it to set the value data to 1.

btw the answer is related to windows game bar right? when i press windows key + G in capture area all buttons r grey excepts mic button that is the problem.
