Why Is my xbox forcing me to pay a specific game by card?

Is there a specific reason why you need to buy it from the Xbox? If you buy it on a different device it will be available on your Xbox after purchase.

A debit card or other payment method is required for Game Pass Ultimate but game purchases should be possible without a card. As long as you have selected to pay with your Microsoft balance, and you have enough in your balance, your card won't be charged.

Ok. The problem for me is I can't install Xbox 360 games on Xbox One. My 360 is broke and they force me to put a credit card to install the game on One.

If I'm not worth "paying any attention to"...why did you reply to me.

Explain how forcing Kinect onto people will help developers make games for Kinect?
