    Hey there CEMETARIAN,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your console.

    There are a couple of things I would recommend for this:

    1. Clear your system cache
    2. Turn off your console
    3. Turn on your console
    4. Download your profile

    You may also want to try our
    Screen Freeze     Troubleshooter. It has a couple of suggestions based on what you're seeing.

    Please let us know how that all goes and we'll work from there.

    why is my xbox acting possesed and slow

    my xbox wiil decide to go to the home screen when i using internet explorer and other times it slow or freezes alot of the time it will show the loading bar progression but will not load web page. i didnt sink $400+ for this to be happening.

    Hey there,

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Let's start with a couple different solutions:

    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One until the console fully powers down.
    • While powered off, remove the power cable from the back and let it sit for 3 minutes.
    • Plug in, boot up, and check if performance has improved.

    If the issue persists after that, try a
    Factory Restore on your Xbox One console     (select Reset and keep my games & apps).

    Then you must clear the system cache and delete the intrenet explorer knife re-download the app and see this as your internet connection for when the internet is not cool can crash your xbox 360 console

    Act 1 is slow but 2-4 are crazy. There are a few bugs that they said they would fix for the past year while they were"polishing" it up.

    Xbox One (X) Startup Issue - started early October 2018

    Just a note: The latest time this happened to me - I was playing Overwatch and the game was acting VEEEERY slow. I then notice that it was my Xbox OS that was acting slow (very slow loading home, not loading all tiles, not loading all friends). So i restarted
    and it brought me to the xbox startup error screen again. I unplugged the power and external drive, plugged them both back in, powered on, and it's like nothing happened..... it's very weird
