Why is my Xbox 1 blinking and then closes the application ?

Please make sure all the cables are securely connected. It can be that the HDMI cable is not connected properly which is causing the screen to flicker.

If not, please try doing the power cycle procedure below and see if that sorts out the issue.

Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console



1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

I have no idea why it might be doing this, but the middle light is the one that blinks quickly when the tray opens and closes.

MyTF1 application doesn't work on my Xbox One.

The message error is: "The application has to close. Orange ID null".

I was waiting for some days, but no change...

Are you getting any of the chimes normally associated with the disc tray opening or closing? Or is it just the light specifically blinking until you open and close it?
