Why is my update not installing

I had already accepted the update during the first install (my mistake) and then after I cancelled the installation and started the second run at installing it just went with downloading the update automatically. Anyway the install finally completed after
about 14-15 hours. I wish I could understand why you would ship a product with such a bad installation process.

Hi, that's usually what happens when you download an update. Most of the time updates install over the files that need updating. It's not like the xbox 360 where an update is installed and adds to the file size. With Xbox One games, updates are installed
over files that are needed to be updated. hence why the file size has not changed.

Apparently you have already tried everything. Clearly this suggests that the problem is in the version of Windows that you installed.

Try installing another version, in my case I use Win 10 pro and it hasn't given me any problems.
