    Why is my title beach wireless headset not working?


    I have a turtle beach head set that is wireless and brand new (i just got it a week ago) it is wireless too. I was just in the middle of a game and then it just disconnects and i cant hear anything out of it, i cant turn it off or try to connect it. Again
    i just got this a week ago and its over 100$ please help

    Xbox One Wireless Headset.

    Turtle Beach and other headset manufacturers are working with MS to put out adapters that will make you able to use your new/old wireless/wired headsets. I think turtle beach will also be releasing new wireless headsets as well. I believe the dates they
    are giving for the new headsets and adapters is February.
