    why is my suspended account been seen online playing games??!


    Sunday 22nd, my account permanently suspended. No help from microsoft support, just some broken enforcement website. £1000 pounds wort of content taken from me.

    Tuesday 24th, friends tell me the account is online so I search my old gamer tag, and it says "last seen 2hours ago playing fallout 4." What the hell is going on? And why are microsoft not doing anything to help me and ignoring me?

    Wrongful account suspension

    My xbox live account has been suspended for inappropriate communications during a time that I was not even online. Please allow me to contact enforcement so I can understand why it is that my account has been suspended.

    Are you sure it is the same gamertag? Could it be one with a similar spelling?

    Suport are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so they wouldn't be able to help you.

    Checked his account to have a look at the achievements and that account has definitely been playing Fallout 4 this week, something smells fishy, and I'm not talking about my tuna sandwich I had for lunch.

    Communication suspension issue

    When I went to go and play my game it said that my account was suspended which I knew that from 3 days prior it was at that time just for communication reasons which would’ve been fine but I’m not sure why they decided to suspend me online days after they
    originally suspended me. But I’m pretty sure when I went to go play it just said my account was suspended, I just dont get why playing online is suspended if its not listed under the suspension list on the enforcement page.

    It was seen again online playing Daytona USA 3am GMT. I checked the status of my account and it is suspended. So its definitely MS using my account online to play games. Unless MS got hacked as well? otherwise this is getting extremely messy
