    Why is my streaming pixilated?


    I have a box one gears of war 4 addition and it has trouble playing some videos on streaming services such as Hulu, Netflix, or Disney plus. It will play the videos, however some are highly pixilated. I do not have this issue with other services like YouTube or Crunchyroll, nor do I have the issue on my other devices in the house. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, power cycling, a soft reset, as well as a hard reset. My internet service has also change multiple times through all this. I am at a loss here on how to fix the issue. Please advise on what else could solve the issue.

    Remote play on PC from XBOX X really blurry.

    Both my pc and Xbox One are wired, yet remote play is absolutely horrible as in the image is pixilated.

    And if I use a 4k monitor it's even worse.
