    Hi pearl,

    It's Probably your console is having trouble connecting to the internet. I'd suggest check your internet by going to Settings< Network Settings < Test network connection.

    Logged into XB live but...

    Rabbitt Slayer,

    the outage will affect others differently, some willn't be able sign in, some willn't be able to join multiplayer etc.

    but the outage is a big factor why.
