why is my son and his friend banned?

My son and his friend have both been banned after playing Call of duty online with multiplayers. Both have no idea why they have been banned till the 7th of feb. 2015. They think that one of their multiplayers might have send a banned message to xbox live
so that they were banned. They both have been on xbox live for several years and never had any problems. Always kept to the rules and this is the first time that this has happend. Both parents of the boys would like to know an explaination as there is no
reason that they and the both know of that they should be banned. The boys did tell us that one of the multi players was asked to leave the group because he was not playing fair and not as a team using bad language and shouting all the time. So the other members
of the party aked him to leave that why they think that he is the one that banned them. Also the funny thing is both biy were playing on 1 console in one room on 1 account at he same time?? How can this be posible?

Please let us know what we can do so the boys can enjoy their paid online xbox live again. Thank you for your time.

Can't invite friends to play Minecraft

My son and his friend are connected on XBox Live. His friend can invite him to play in his Minecraft world but my son can't invite his friend to play in his Minecraft world. The option for game invite is grayed out. I've checked all privacy/content settings
and all are set to Friends. Anyone know how we can enable my son to be able to invite his friend to play?

How do get a ban lifted due to my son friend sending a message with out his knowledge

my younger son had his mates round and my oldest son left his profile open ! Rather stupid but my sons friend open his messages and sent a message to a friend and it was inappropriate hence the ban ! My oldest sons was not at fault just for once - my question
is how do I get this ban wiped from my oldest sons history ? Any ideas would be truelly welcomed.

Just curious, how did you find out all the details about your ban? No one at support can seem to tell me anything at all about why my son can't communicate with his friends. They keep guessing it may be a ban, but have no detail. And the enforcement page
says he has a perfect record with no bans listed.

my son's account was banned for cheating, but he was invited to lobby by his friend. He didn't know that it was hacked. How do I get him un banned? Ps. He was banned for two weeks

Hi, I would suggest you check out your sons accounts privacy settings. He may of edited them by mistake and blocked voice communications.

Simple OJ

No being blocked does not mean you will be banned. It only means your sons friend will not be able to talk, message or see your sons account on his xbox live account. So you do not need to worry about your son being banned.
