    Why is my series x showing up as an Xbox one on website


    My series x shows up as an xbox one on the website under my devices and as home console. If i enter in my serial number it then adds a second device (which is my series x) but still keeps the xbox one as the home console. I have never owned an xbox one, the series x is my first console. Also on a new account too!

    Exact same thing happened to me. I was on the series x and my coins wouldn't show up. I had to log into my xbox one for them to show up.

    Registered Devices Not Showing

    So, I just tested this to see:

    I registered my Series X controller.

    Sure enough, it said it was registered but wasn't showing up

    I then clicked "see details" on my Series X entry which took me to my Series X

    I then clicked "All Devices" to take me back to the previous screen and the controller then showed up.

    So, not entirely sure why it won't work for you

    XBOX Series X shows as XBOX One on Microsoft Account

    Yep mine is too and the first day I had it, it showed an Xbox One icon. At least now it shows a Series X icon.

    Someone else I know said theirs shows up as Xbox One also but has a Series X icon.

    As I said I bought it on my Xbox one X and played it and had it on my catalog ! Now after checking on my Xbox series X it’s not there ! Even the add on game showed up but not the main game !
