Why is my requested Refund taking so long?

I've been wait for 3 days for my refund request and still havent gotten an answer. Anyone?

So if you get a refund . Can you still keep your game? I requested a refund for my digital game. Can M$ do something about it being THAT IT IS still on my hard drive/

Lol, hell no. You get a refund you lose access to the game. Aint nothing for free.

I dont see anything about a refund in my order history

 

For billing related inquires you will need to contact billing support at support.xbox.com/contact-us they are the only ones that have access to your billing info.

 

In my experience Refunds can take 7-10 days

I would suggest waiting a few more days and if it doesn't show up try contacting Xbox support again. They often have to go through a process (including by your credit card or bank) that can take several business days to complete.
