Why is my repair status not progressing?

Hello Mert, as this forum is open to the public and unfortunately, as independent consultants, we do not have access to some data or your account to check the progress of your order.

In order to do this you will have to contact Microsoft support via chat so that they can help you.

Go to: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/

See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

Click Contact us

Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

***UPDATE***

I tried to check on the webpage provided to check on the progress of my Xbox's repair/shipment but unfortunately, the page has not shown a single update since the process of having it repaired began. Not cool....

I took it upon myself to track it via Fedex's tracking number and it has arrived as of Tuesday but now the status lies in the void until I receive some sort of correspondence on the status of the repair progress.

For now, I just wait......

Hi, have been tracking my XBox, (SR# 1173879478), as it goes through the repair loop and as part of the repair submission I selected to have the unit repaired NOT exchanged. So far, the box in the service status is bold for "Exchange in progress" and the
"Service in progress" is still not prominent. (I would expect the "Service in progress" to be now showing as bold and "Exchange in progress" to be showing as normal text)!

Can you please confirm the unit I sent in will be repaired as requested and NOT exchanged for someone elses unknown history.

Thanks for the info already tried that, checked the courier and my xbox has been delivered to the label address I got sent from microsoft but it's strange that the repair status isn;t displayed on my repair page when I check it.

No one here has access to any of this info, we are all regular users.

You need to contact phone support, or whatever numbers you were given when dispatching your item.
