    Why is my realm not working


    I have had realms in the past for many month, however, I just paid for one, had the money taken out of my account and when I go to make a new world for the realm it says "Incomplete Realm: It looks like we didn't finish things last time. Let's complete creating your realm now."

    Obviously I press ok and everytime it instantly tells me that it goes wrong. It's annoying as the money has been taken but the service not provided, I tried looking into a refund but everywhere is a dead end, playstation customer service is terrible and microsoft exclusively do it for xbox and pc so I'm out of luck, any advice on either how to get a refund or how to make the realm work?

    I apologize for the trouble but just a friendly reminder that in-game issues it is handled by the game support which is Mojang.

    Have you tried signing out inside of your game and then restarting your console before signing back in?

    This may mean that the subscription is not successfully paid. Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order from there stated as "completed".

    Please check the subscription as well if it's active via https://account.microsoft.com/services.
