Why is my pre order pending?

Hello, I topped up my Microsoft account with £135 to pre order dead island 2 and ea sports pga tour masters. I read that if you pre order using Microsoft account balance it will take the money off your balance immediately as opposed to 10 days before by bank account. Dead island 2 did just that leaving me with £70.01 but ea sports pga (£69.99) is pending and hasn't been taken from my balance. I'm worried that it might take it out of my bank account 10 days before release. It did say it will use Microsoft account balance. does anybody know why it has happened like this? Why one has taken the balance and the other hasn't?

I pre ordered call of duty it was pending but its not showing up

I already did that and I already told you I did that and it says the same thing and doesn't take it. Literally stop replying now you are winding me up

Thanks for clearing that up. Have you tried canceling the pre-order for the PGA tour game? That way, we can check we can pre-order it again using your Microsoft account balance.

Upon checking the price of the game from this link, https://www.xbox.com/en-gb/games/store/ea-sport....

It says 69.99 with a plus sign so it definitely has a tax that they will still include in the total amount.
