Why is my other account banned from Forza Horizon 2?

I had to use this account to make this post, Due to my other account (Resplendently) cannot access the forums because it is banned from Xbox Live until the 19/09/2014.

I am wondering if i am actually banned from the Forza Horizon 2 Servers or that my Xbox Live suspension is causing the issue, would be really helpful if someone could give me an insight on this case because I have already tried to contact Forza which seems
to be impossibe, Just to clarify the gamertag having these issues is
Resplendently.

Gamertag Banned, no reason given. I want to know why.

My gamertag was banned from Forza Horizon 3 car auctions & car clubs. I have no enforcement history as to why my gamertag was banned. Please notify my account as to why gamertag was banned. I just subscribed to one year of Xbox live, but will cancel if
nothing is done. I have contacted Microsoft Xbox and they referred me to this forum. I don't think Forza employees are even watching this site.

 

FORZA HORIZON BANNED

Hey turn 10 i got banned from forza horizon i dont know why i havent play that game long time ago and now i have alot of money and some wired cars like trucks,bus toyota corolla and i cant play multiplayer i think some one log in to my account and hack forza
horizon in my account and now i cant play and now im paying for this , and i didnt hack nothing can you guys from turn 10 unbanned me from forza horizon so i can play with my friend again like old times thanks.

 

A suspension from Xbox Live would cause issues with more than just Horizon 2.

 

Yes but Usually it says due to your online behaviour you are unable to play online, this just says you are banned from this feature.

No, I mean Forza 5/titanfall/minecraft for instance if you click multiplayer it says, due to your recent behaviour you are unable to use this feature, and it says please do something else, with Forza horizon 2 when I click online freeroam the game itself
says you have been banned from this features please go to Forza motorsport.net.

 

I see. Well if you're receiving a message in all those other games stating that you're banned I don't see why anything would be different in Horizon 2. The message you see on the screen might be different - but the result is the same. You're banned. No online
play for you until the ban is lifted.

 

Well I have yet to hear of any bans on Horzion 2. If you are that has to be some kind of new record.

 

Checking around my guess is you are banned from Live. You will need to contact Microsoft support. It's not a Turn 10 issue.
