    Why is my order still pending


    I ordered two controllers for my Xbox about half a week ago, and it immediately charged my card but the order still says pending. The order is supposed to get here today but the order still says pending, so I'm assuming it hasn't even shipped. I've seen this question asked by other people as it seems it's a really frequent issue, but I don't want to hear that I need to call support to fix this. I just want a solution, my controllers to be shipped, or a refund.

    Also, if they were design lab controllers that would be standard as they typically charge for them immediately, but they take time to be created before being shipped.

    You'll need to ask customer service directly: best guess would be stock issue depending on what you ordered

    You'd need to contact support for an official answer or a refund.

    The Holiday period hasn't helped timeframes and they clearly didn't update their timings to allow for Christmas etc.
