Why is my mouse inverted

1. Turn off "Switch primary and secondary mouse buttons":

• Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
  
• Select Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections.
  
• Select Mouse.
  

2. Check if the Xbox console system is up to date:

1. Make sure that your console is connected to the internet, and then press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system> Settings > System > Updates.
   
3. Under Updates, you’ll see:
   
   • Console update available. Select this to begin your update, or
     
   • No console update available. This means your console is up to date.

Well then yes, I already have it. The only option there is to invert the Y-axis. I'm not sure why this is the only option. I generally play all my games inverted and the invert X-axis option is NOT there for all games.

It would be nice if Microsoft can add this option to the accessories app.

I love love LOVE how you read like every other word of that sentence. Let me re-write the sentence you read, with emphasis on the words you need to comprehend in order to understand the nuance of my question:

I am trying to use the Xbox Accessories app to invert my Xbox One Controller's Y-axis on the right thumb stick for Microsoft's new game Starfield, a game so modern that it fails to include the option to invert controller inputs without also inverting the mouse controls (monsters!)

Now that we've re-read that sentence and thought about the part I bolded and underlined for you, can yiu tell me what the issue is that I'm facing?

My wife and I would love to play games together however, since she is is double inverted (X and Y axis) she is very limited to what she can play. In the xbox settings we can invert the Y axis, so why isn't their an option to invert the X axis. I know my
wife isn't the only person out there who would love this setting.

I have this same problem as well. Id love a patch. Please MS!!!!
