    Why is my minecraft not working?


    Hello, I just bought Minecraft for the first time on my PC and it is giving my a hard time on no opening, it says "Reset Store, Licensed has expire". I tried everyway to fix it, even looked it up, and it still doesnt want to work. Any tips on how to fix it? The image is attached on exactly what happens when i try to open minecraft.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    We may need to uninstall and reinstall the Gaming services by following the steps below:

    "1. In the Windows search bar, type Windows PowerShell

    2. In the menu, select "Run as administrator"

    3. In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

    get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

    4. In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

    start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

    5. Click Install** to install Gaming Services (select Yes if you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt)

    6. Restart your device."

    Kindly try clearing your console's cache by following the steps below.

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Plug the console power cable back in.

    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
