Why is my Microsoft reward still “In progress”?

It can take 24 hours to receive a card after you redeem one. If you don't get it by that time, check your order history on the redemption page and it will either list the code there or have an option to resend the code.

So am I screwed out of getting all the rewards because I started late or is it still tracking my progress such as with the 2nd step of the reward journey?

It could have been due to the problems Live had been having, but you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance.

Hi there, Microsoft Rewards app was a little bugged this month. I had similar issues a few weeks ago. Be sure the app has updated or try reinstalling the app. They credited me with some free reward points once mine was fixed as compensation, although my
reward progress was still being tracked, i just couldnt see it. Hope this helps!

Microsoft has not commented that this reward will be permanently withdrawn, it is common for Robux rewards to sell out quickly due to their popularity and then return after a few weeks.

I recommend you periodically check the Microsoft Rewards catalog to see if Robux rewards are available.
