    Why is my gamertag not changed?


    Two days ago I changed my gamertag from Doctor Immolate to Doktor Zeit, it has still not updated on the site or my One. I contacted support and they said it can take 24 hours but it has been 48 now. I have changed my tag before and it is usually instantaneous.
    On top of that I can not access my account on my 360 anymore, it says that I need to re download the profile but when I try that it says that the service is down.

    Why all the sudden after two years apparently my gamertag is no longer alright. I'm guessing you guys say it resembles a cuss word to much, well your rules also say that unlawful things in a name was bad and last time i checked killing was bad
    so why is it that i should have to change mine if people with killer in there name are fine i just think this is ridiculous sorry if I'm being rude but I'm not gonna lie in pretty mad so please through me a bone here guys.

    80154002 is the error code I get when I try to download my profile on the 360.
