    Dear Microsoft,

    It'd be alot help if you respond to this.

    My friend downloaded minecraft Bedrock from the playstore. And it locked her Microsoft account after a few hours of playing even tho I'm sure we didn't violate any rules or policy considering it was a private world. It keeps locking out all newly made accounts and its getting frustrating. We tried appealing but it won't let us and ask for verification using mobile phone and we did try but it didn't work either. Is there anything we can do? That account Is very valuable to us.
