why is my friends list so glitchy?

when i hopped online and checked my friends list i noticed that half of my friends were missing and when i went to go re add them, it said that i already had them as a friend? when i un added them and added them back they only pop on my list for a short period of time? can anyone fix this?

Oh OK but when I went to add someone is on my friends list that is showing on my friends list on the Xbox app and it said that the person I tryed to add is already on my friends list. So why didn't show on the friends on my xbox 360?

The treaty talks to solve Alduin are definitely part of the main quest though they can go many ways depending on progress in the Civil War. That's probably why it caused so much grief with glitchiness. Season Unending is listed as optional in the Main Quest
so it shouldn't matter to the Civil War.

I'm not sure why that would happen with that game. Achievements have been very glitchy the past few days though. Highlight the game in your achievements list on the console and press X to hide it.

BAD 2020

Last night my friend and I were in a closed room and he got a bounty placed on his head. I honestly did not do it. Its very glitchy so far.
