    why is my Fortnite screen solid blue but can hear game sound?


    Fortnite is showing a solid blue screen upon starting game, game sound can be heard but blue screen stays solid so can't play game. What's up with this?

    Having the same problem.

    Clearing cache and unplugging console, restarting, changing user don't work.

    Still stuck.

    Hi I have tried this as well as changing language but still have same issue. Can you suggest anything else. I thought it was xbox issue so exchanged for a new one but the same thing has happened. Very frustrating

    2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox One.

    3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

    4. Press the Power button on your Xbox One to turn it back on.

    5. Your cache should be clear at this point.
