Why is my download frozen?

Are you installing FH5 off game pass? Kindly also check if you have any pending updates using this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo... or select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates.

If there's nothing pending, kindly right-click the Start button on your taskbar, and then select Windows Terminal (Admin). In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

And I can't download the promotional code, my console is frozen

I just got a console update and it did nothing. Still can't download my 360 profile and achievements are still frozen.

I never got any error message I downloaded my profile works fine but one of my game disc won't let me play on my own account .... It still frozen and it frozen when I tried sign in during main menu I used my friend account n it works fine but not my account

I had this same problem tonight. There was a major outage in the south east of the United States and a few other minor outages. It only effected some accounts, but not all of them. What i did to get the problem resolved was to hard reset my Xbox, and internet,
and then I just kept trying until it worked. It took me about 25-30 minutes before it was working for me. This is also a rare occurrence and does not happen often. If your problem is not resolved tonight, the hopefully Microsoft will have the problem fixed
