    Why is my connection speed so slow


    My Xbox series x has very slow download speed, I know it’s not my WiFi because I’ve done multiple tests on other devices and it’s fine, I average around 300 mb/s but on my Xbox I only get around 3 mb/s it makes it very difficult to play any games because it constantly makes me lag, I’ve tried restarting my Xbox, clearing cache, and changing many different power settings as well as internet settings, I have also tried completely restarting the console and adding my account back onto the console, I’ve also tried every solution given to me by the AI, which none of them helped

    Download being excruciatingly slow.

    if it is a mobile 3g internet you will always have slow speeds

    this is why you must use a broadband connection

    Unseasonably slow download speed

    Same thing here. My connection is pretty fast, however, the updates are all very slow. Why is this so? The updates download at like 1 mbps, while my actual internet speed is much, much faster. This is getting ridiculously out of hand.

    So, it seems connecting to people isn't the problem. Check the SPEED of your connection. Perhaps it is too slow.

    Hi, i have tried all of this and tested both xboxes side by side. Plugged a dircet connection in with the same speed as before. I have no idea why its so slow. Its un-useable
