    Why is my code redeemed?


    I got the game Forza Horizon 5 for Christmas from my grandmother from Amazon with a code to be redeemed. When I went to redeem the code it said it was already redeemed when no one in my household had redeemed the code so I’m thinking it being bought by my grandmother off of Amazon had something to do with it already being redeemed. I have photographic evidence of the happening if needed.

    then your grandmother needs to contact amazon/seller and request a replacement or refund, nothing Microsoft can do, this is the pitfalls of purchasing codes online, especially from amazon which can be one of THE dodgiest stores around.

    Hello Landen, If you check the Microsoft accounts you have and see that Forza is redeemed in none of them, you will need to contact Xbox support so they can help you.

    Click on the link below and check if the game is in your Purchase History.
