    WHY IS MY CARD NOT VALID


    ok so I have been trying to attach my visa load and go card to my Xbox one account and it wont work, I've added all the correct info, (I've added that info over 20 times) I've checked if its expired (it expires on the 3/19), the card will attach to paypal
    and my steam account but not Xbox and I don't know why my god damn card wont work.

    has anyone had this problem?

    CAN'T USE PAYPAL WHEN USING YOUR MICROSOFT ACCOUNT!!!

    So why cant I use my paypal account to complete a transaction where im using my credit from my Microsoft account that's there and the remainder through paypal, infact why is it I cant I even use a debit card to complete the transaction, why is it so insistent
    on you putting a credit card onto the account ( I don't own a credit card, I live in the UK where we use debit cards).

    reward credits never got changed currency nor added to my and i have about 24000

    dont understand why i never got cause the only i had money on. my account is from xbox card n using my debet card

    Sorry to hear it. You can try adding the card at account.microsoft.com but loadable cards don't usually work on Xbox Live. If you are unable to add it then feel free to add your paypal info to your account and use that instead.
