Why is my ban still active?

Check the exact time of your ban is that is due, remove your account from the console, power cycle your console and add your account again

I've already tried all of this. Nothing is working. No email saying i had another ban or anything.

So is that it, I have lost my account with no right to appeal the ban?

Hundreds if not thousands of people are playing saved games or nodding games.so I don't understand why their account is still active and mines not
