    look at this point I'm tired of Xbox being rude to me I haven't done anything wrong to have my account suspended like this really need yo stop at first they made me pay 79.99 and I paid it off now they suspended me for no reason like when will u guys stop
    ... I'm so close to shutting down and heading PlayStation... what's the reason for this to happen also i didnt receive any type of email for this so it's odd

    You will have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information and possible options.

    But, if the issue is related to a suspension due to payment issues, then you will have to contact Xbox Support by Phone or Microsoft Support Chat.

    To contact Xbox Support if it is indeed a payment related suspension then use

    Keep in mind that the issue selected determines the contact options shown.

    Hi Brilliant,

    My account is currently suspended and I would love to know why. My son normally plays on my account but he was ill for more that a week and didn't really play xbox. I played some xbox in the week but not to much. I would like to understand why the account was suspended. It is the 2nd time this month that it's suspended without a given reason. Can you please help me understand why. Thank you

    If you're account was banned/suspended, check your email, the Enforcement Team always sends one to let you know why.
