Hello Xbox people, I want to know why my account is still banned when I appealed it and the enforcement team clearly stated “we have elected to lift this account’s enforcement as well as the strike relevant to this specific enforcement action.” Allow me to further explain my issue because that’s not the entire problem. A couple days ago I uploaded a gamer pic through Xbox app. Xbox app approved it and uploaded it as it should have, so you can imagine my surprise when I had been suspended for that very profile picture. The character I uploaded was Gary Smith from BULLY: SCHOLARSHIP EDITION. He was wearing his “Halloween costume” which I can understand now why that’s bad but there was nothing offensive shown in the picture? It was his shoulders and up. But that’s just an assumption because I’m assuming you banned me for “References to hate groups, terrorist organizations, or notorious figures.” Which by the way I see plenty of that and things tremendously worse than my profile picture which mind you is a character from a game you guys sell. However that’s not the problem, we’ve already solved that one, or so I thought. When I checked enforcement.xbox.com I was bewildered by what looked like multiple bans for this ONE SPECIFIC OFFENSE which makes no sense in itself but each one of them were 366 days. You banned my account for a year with no warning over a picture of a character that is in a game on your marketplace. So I do what I’m supposed to and I submit the appeals to EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM since my problem is clearly a mistake right? I’m not sure if the enforcement team is full of Kevin Hart level comedians over there but it’s a funny joke to me that they lifted every single ban (for the same offense, it was the same date for every one) except just one? I’m also quite sure whoever reviewed that specific appeal saw my problem and mishap because I made sure to add it in there. I’m sure they saw that I appealed every single ban for that stupid mistake and saw how the ban was unwarranted. (They can’t turn around and say the ban is warranted right?) So what makes them double back and double down on the ban that was clearly unjust in the first place? I have three separate emails saying my ban is lifted in my inbox, but only one of them say it isn’t. Is this a mistake or do you guys just hire anybody on the enforcement team so that they can ban people long enough for them to get out of school before they can play again just for uploading a picture of a video game character that they themselves can recognize because he’s in a game that’s currently 14.99 plus tax on your guys’ store right now. Did that person get a kick out of that? I sure did. They got a kick out of banning me even though I was already deemed innocent in the previous appeal. THEN I get on the phone to talk to somebody about this mistake and they tell me to just “make another account.” You guys truly are hilarious over there at Microsoft Xbox. This is an enforcement issue so I want to talk to them or better yet the person who read my appeal, reviewed it, and since I’m assuming they speak decent English, they understood my problem and why I was wrongfully banned and STILL banned me anyway. I hear the appeals are the only way to talk to the enforcement team so I did my best to explain my problem to them in the what? 500 or so characters i had? And EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM were reviewed and lifted except one. Please read this carefully and try your best to be understanding because you can only imagine my frustration right now to be banned for a dumb reason in the first place, multiple times at that, had every appeal reviewed and the ban lifted except just one of them, and then being told to just “make a new account.” You guys can ban and I know you guys can unban too because you can do it in appeals, so please unban me for something I should already be cleared for in the first place.

In the future there should be other ways to contact the enforcement team because only having one chance to plead your case even though your are innocent clearly isn’t working. I’ve seen multiple other forums having a problem with being wrongfully banned and I’ve seen various videos on the same. So I am fully aware that your enforcement team and way of contacting them is extremely unreliable, unprofessional, and just plain stupid. Seriously, who thought that was a good idea?
