    I had a child account in my family but now i have changed it into an adult one. But, when i try to change my xbox profile image with a custom image it says i'm still a child account. Why ? How can i solve it? HELPPP

    Why am I still a child account?

    When I first signed up I was on a child account, I have been a gold member for a number of years now. So today my god expired after all this time, and I tried to add some more time onto my account. But when I try, for some reason, I have to sign in with
    my parents old e-mail from 6 years ago......on top of all this I want to know why my account hasn't been updated? I turned 18 close to a year ago now and am coming up on 19. Also, why doesn't Microsoft have a support e-mail?

    like geth says your account will not change to an adult account until the date of birth when the account was originally set up hits 18

    Hi

    Thanks for the prompt responses. So are you all saying I can't share my xbox Gold with two child accounts, but i can with one child account. This is how it has been working but I want to limit screen time for my kids and this is why I setup a second Child
    account.

    Could I move my gold subscription to one of the child accounts and share it this way?

    I really don't want to purchase a second gold subscription.

    my date of birth is correct on my account, i'm 23.. yet i still have a child account.. WTF?? why has this not auto updated xbox live need to fix this ASAP!!
