    Why is my account showing up as suspended?


    I logged into the game pass app on my phone and when I logged in it said it was suspended but it doesn't show up on the Xbox app or when I log onto my console. Should I disregard the message or did something happen?

    You can disregard it. It's been a notification glitch in that app for a couple of years now. As long as you don't see a suspension when you try to sign in to play a game or see one on the enforcement site, you're fine.

    I was suspended on 1/14/2022 and trying to see why and appeal it, but it does not show up on my enforcement page. Is there a issue with page and a time line when it will show up.

    If your account was suspended the enforcement history should show you why and also should allow you to create a case review

    well you do not have the Ambassador 'laurel' that shows up on the lower right corner of your gamer card. and there is no way to contact the enforcement team other than posting in the suspension forums and that is only to find out why an account is suspended/banned.
