Why Is my account randomly banned?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are having issues signing in. If signing in and verifying on the
account website doesn't work. We recommend requesting a call from support to see what the issue is.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

hi so i just got randomly banned from god knows what and i would like to know the reason as to why i was banned

I actually might know why I can't see the ban on http://enforcement.xbox.com. It's probably because the account that was on the banned console is no longer attached with the console since I formatted the console.
I am not sure on what to do next, and what really hurts the most is that the ban was given to the console randomly and in an unfair way without providing proof.

Yeah i’ve done all of that and i’ll try a appeal. But, i think i got hardware banned from them connecting stuff onto my account because since i got the year ban i haven’t been on xbox since then and randomly came back on with a hardware ban…

My xbox console just randomly got banned a couple days ago. Don't no why. Xbox support wont help me or tell me anything. I haven't done anything wrong here. Someone please help me.
