    Why is my account not allowed to connect to the XBOX network


    I received a notice on my screen while trying to play COD that my current profile was not allowed to play on the XBOX Network. I have not received any notifications as to why. Please let me know what the problem is.

    That message is typically displayed when a profile is trying to access multiplayer features without an active subscription.

    What game are you trying to play and do you have an active subscription?

    Are all the devices on the same network? Does the network allow devices on the network to see each other?
    my xbox is not connected to the wifi, is there anyway to connect it to the internet without a tv? I have my ip for the xbox but it is not working, it says its wrong.

    No. An account ban only affects the account. A console ban affects the entire console and won't allow the console to connect to the network.
