    My Microsoft account has been locked and I am confused why I made the account 2 days ago and all I did was just play Roblox on it so I am confused for why my Microsoft account was locked my email for the account is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** if that help

    If you are able to provide your basic account information as well as your secret question and/or provide the last 4 digits of any CC that has ever been on your account, then support will be able to lock your account and suspend your subscription. If you
    can't provide this information, then support can't lock and suspend & it'll have to wait until investigations gets it.

    I'm in the same situation...

    I called them.

    This is what I found:

    -My account is under a semi-lock (I can't purchase stuff)

    -Once the investigation team takes control, it will be a full lock

    I'm still able to play 1 week after I called.

    I'm calling tomorrow to get an update

    you can use your profile offline but not online when an account is locked

    are you sure its an unauthorized access case or was a unauthorized charges case

    (the last one just means yuou cannot purchase anything till its over)
