    Why is my account being moderated?


    I am posting here today because my account has been placed under moderation and/or suspended from doing certain things like messaging and uploading custom profile pictures. Could somebody please tell me what I have done for this
    to happen as I have done nothing wrong to my knowledge.

    my account is being hacked

    hello to stop being hack change you email password and then if that doesn't work contact Microsoft and tell them your issue about being hack and then the will sought it out.

    My Account is being hacked!

    Please explain your question more clearly so that we may be able to help you a bit more. From what I can see you say you are being hacked but if you phoned xbox support they wouldnt just not answer you. I suggest you ring them again so that they can close
    yoru account down and investgate it.

    They got the info probably the first time you were hacked, As they can gain access to your name address and all that jazz. That is also why I am a bit skeptical after being hacked. I added under my EA account and Xbox accout billing information under
    the second address line in caps, DO NOT ASSIST WITH ACCOUNT RECOVERY I WILL NOT FORGET MY OWN PASSWORD. As noted in a forum post by a moderator.
