Why is my account banned?

i have a big Problem. I used my account a year ago with my xbox360. now i have bought a new xbox one s and like to use my old account. Now i logged in and everything worked fine a few days. Today i wanted to expand my xbox live Gold Membership and it didnt
work. I used a Code and also tried the autosystem. Nothing worked. After 1 hour i tried to change my adress and payment. But then an error occured it said my account is banned. I dont now why. hoepfully you can help me.

Why is my account is my account suspended

You may need to check your email attached to your GT. You should have something from the enforcement team in your inbox describing why your account has been suspended. But if it said your account was suspended for for modding or cheating then idk. The enforcement
page says that they investigate all matters of modding.

Why is my account suspended I haven't cheated I don't mod which was said that I did but I could assure you I didn't I mostly play with my friends and I don't cheat My gamertag is Viperoustick4 thankyou if you respond to this

Sounds like you might have a billing suspension. If you're unable to change your address and payment on the website, you'll need to contact official phone/chat support at support.xbox.com/contact-us and select billing.

No my account was hacked and it was registered to my console and when my account was stolen my console was registered to that account and that why i was banned and my console was only temp banned

But why block my email is it because my account was banned. I had no problem lgoin back into my account after the banned till a few days ago

Yes, my other account was banned. But the problem is that after I got banned, I was still able to use the things that I had purchased on my banned account. So why not on this new console?

My account that was banned, was new, I dont understand why it was banned, this is ridiculous, support team said no un-authorization was made to the account, if that's the case, then why was it banned, I didn't do anything but play games....and I was literitly
signed off my console from another console the day it was banned...

If nothing can be done, and I cannot get my account back, I guess I have to watch out for my other new account to be banned too since I didn't do anything.. right ?
