Why is MW 2019 Campaign not starting on my Xbox One?

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

If that didn't work we may need to uninstall and reinstall the campaign pack.

CoD MW 2019 has a troubles with one x from first day

First, make sure that the game is purchased under your account. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, kindly locate the game order, it should be stated as "completed" and once confirmed, remove and re-add your account to re-sync the license.

REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​

No, people have other things to complain about in Battlefield campaigns. And to say no one complains about the length in MW campaigns is ludicrous, that's the number one complaint of them, followed shortly by "they make no sense."

I found Bad Company 2's campaign dragged on too long for the little variety they had in missions. You may sacrifice realism and immersion for going the Michael Bay style that MW campaigns go, but damn are they fun to play, for however long they last.

Activision has also not clarified if the DLC for Warzone will be immediate or if it will only release when the MW 2 Campaign mode is available to play on Xbox One.
