Why is multiplayer for me slow but I have fast internet

I’ve been having issues that just only started a week ago where my internet is perfectly fine on my laptop phone and everything else but on my Xbox it’s slow but only for multiplayer I tried moving my Xbox closer to my router but it still doesn’t help people are telling me to get a Ethernet cable but I don’t know if it would help in this situation especially since I never had any issues with multiplayer until a week ago I’ve tried restarting my Xbox everything but none of it works and I also now yesterday am having problems with discord on my Xbox too it says I have slow internet and that my NAT is moderate but it’s only like that on my Xbox if anyone can help that would be nice I tried disconnecting my discord from my Xbox reconnecting it I tried clearing my MAC address manual DNS settings but nothing is working
