I bought Minecraft on my MacBook Air and every time i download the launcher and press on it it sends me back where i need to buy it please help me with this.

Hello Cellou,my name is Marvina, I will be happy to help you.

I'm so sorry for what you're going through, here are some steps you can take to try to fix this issue:

Check your Internet connection. Make sure your MacBook Air is connected to the Internet and has a stable connection.

Try downloading the Minecraft launcher again. You can download the launcher from the Minecraft website.

Try launching the launcher from the downloads folder. Once you have downloaded the launcher, locate the Downloads folder on your MacBook Air.

Open the folder and double-click the "Minecraft Launcher" file.

Try launching the launcher from the Finder app. Open the Finder app and locate the "Minecraft Launcher" file. Double click the file to start it.

Sign in to your Minecraft account. If you are not already signed in to your Minecraft account, click the "Sign In" button in the launcher.

Check your version of Minecraft. Make sure your MacBook Air has the latest version of Minecraft. You can check your version of Minecraft by clicking the "Help" button in the launcher and selecting "About Minecraft."

I hope I have answered your question correctly, I wish you a Merry Christmas.

    Sincerely,
    Marvina.

    minecraft stuck at loading

Hello Aditya_Kumar_506, My name is David. I am an independent advisor, happy to help you today.

to fix the problem First, make sure your Internet connection is working properly. If your Internet connection is slow or unstable, this may cause problems loading Minecraft.

If your Internet connection is working properly, try closing Minecraft Launcher and restarting it. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft Launcher. You can also try updating your graphics drivers and making sure your system meets the game's minimum requirements.

    Best regards.

Need to buy Minecraft again after migration?

Is this a question? If you have to buy it again, it's probably more like $27.90 than $279. You shouldn't have to buy it again. The problem I encountered is that the Windows 10 edition of Minecraft was not able to connect to the Internet for some reason. Because it could not connect to the Internet, the account I purchased could not be associated with my login credentials. The solution for me, was to download and use the Windows 7/8 launcher instead of the Windows 10 launcher. For whatever reason, that version of the launcher was able to connect to the Internet, and therefore to verify and associate my previously purchased account.

Why i cant Minecraft gets stuck when I try to log in

    Hi there Daniel V.

I am Lumie and I would love to assist you today.

I am so sorry you are having issues logging in.

Here are the potential reasons for Minecraft getting stuck during login along with their respective solution steps integrated within the points:

    Launcher Issues
Sometimes, the launcher files can become corrupt.

    Uninstall the current launcher.
Download the latest version from the official Minecraft website.
    Install it again.

    Internet Connectivity
Poor or unstable internet connection can prevent the launcher from connecting to the Minecraft servers.

    Check your internet connection.
    Restart your router.
    Try using a different network.

    Account Issues
Ensure you are entering the correct email and password.

Use the "Forgot Password" feature to reset your password if needed.
    Double-check the entered credentials.

    Firewall and Antivirus Software
Blocked Connections: Firewalls or antivirus software might be blocking the Minecraft launcher from accessing the internet.

Add Minecraft to the exception list of your firewall.
Add Minecraft to the exception list of your antivirus software.

    Cache and Temporary Files
The launcher or game files can sometimes become corrupt.

Open File Explorer and type %appdata% in the address bar, then press Enter.
    Navigate to the .minecraft folder.
    Delete launcher_profiles.json.
Optionally, delete the logs and crash-reports folders if they exist.

    Server-Side Issues
Sometimes, the issue might be on Minecraft's end, with their servers experiencing problems.

Check the Minecraft status page or community forums to see if others are experiencing similar issues.

    Operating System Compatibility
Ensure your operating system is up-to-date and compatible with the latest Minecraft launcher.
    Solution:
Check for any pending OS updates and install them.

    Third-Party Mods
If you have installed mods, they might be causing conflicts.

Try launching Minecraft without mods to see if the issue persists.

    User Account Control Settings
Sometimes, the launcher needs administrative permissions to function correctly.

    Right-click on the launcher icon.
    Select "Run as administrator."

    I hope this helps.

I shall be here for your response. -Lumie

Need to buy Minecraft again after migration?

Check and see if it says you're not connected to the Internet. If you're using the new windows launcher and it shows you're not connected to the Internet, but your Internet appears to be working, then it's probably a "bug" in the launcher. It can't verify if you're the owner of an account, because it isn't connected to the Internet. If that's the case, download the Windows 7/8 version of the launcher and try that. It worked for me.
