    Why is Microsoft /XBOX Using lies and false advertising to steal my money?!


    When I buy apex coins they are not added to my account. I was allowed a refund the first 2 times it happened and now after another purchase XBOX STOLE MY MONEY AND IS REFUSING TO SEND IT BACK OR PROVIDE THE APEX COINS I BOUGHT! Terrible cheap and ghetto.
    Stealing from customers is such ****. This is completely innapropriate, it is not legal and its offensive.

    Its considered a lie and false advertising if xbox tells you that if you spend $9.99 on Apex coins, you will receive 1,000 apex coins, and they dont give you them after you purchase them. Plus its insanely innapropriate to refuse to give my money back
    when they couldn't even provide the coins I paid for.

    I agree completely. Neverwinter is a cash scam, they've lied to the community and falsely advertised. They deserve to be shut down, that being said, is there any way I can get back the money I was scammed out of? Thank you in advance.

    Have not received my Alan Wake and Quantum Break Windows 10 PC code.

    I have not received my codes either and have tried to resolve this multiple times via support chat and on the phone. Add me on Xbox Live as I am filing a false advertisement lawsuit on Monday due to the fact that Xbox/Microsoft is not taking care of this
    issue and has repeatedly lied and gave us the run-around regarding this issue
