    It's not the answer to your question but, the Xbox Rewards program in itself doesn't exist anymore, it's all now Microsoft Rewards.

    It is said they will gradually bring it to all countries, but there is no schedule when it will arrive where.

    It mainly focuses on America. It's available here in Ireland, but it's a very bare bones compared to US.
