why is microsoft unfair?

i just got suspended for telling some dude that i hope his mother dies for griefing me while godmode on gta5,which was soppuse to be fix, i understand i well deserve it and im fine with it. but right now who suspends the guy
[Mod Removed] which is the guy that just went gode n teleporting all over the map which violates the code of conduct in many ways. when microsoft??? when are you going to start doing your jobs correctly instead of you using these ban happy
machines that suspend gamers on thing that are not even true. i been with this company for 13 years everyday its the same problem but with different people. its not fair that now i have to stop gaming because you dont know how to control the enviroment that
you create. thats why alot of good people left this community. now i havent been a saint but i dont go around bothering people online. each and one of my suspensions has been people messing with me except when im suspended for stuff that you put in the platform.
im so fed up & its not how a customer of 13 yrs in your company should be treated. i hope everyone reads this and sooner or later they see how unfair you guys are. * keep in mind im suspended because of my own actions and im fine with that but the guy who
just used godmode and teleports on gta5 goes unharmed gets to play n communicate with everyone i even reported him before i even send him the message. but nothing happen to him. which clearly is in violation of code of conduct.

like i state i was wrong for send him a message which had no profanity what so ever i pay for my crime now who punishes him???? his gamertag is

why is microsoft keep crashing when im in the middle of a game or at the end of a game.and i loose all the luggage i couldnt open cause i crashed.please fix this problem

Keep in mind all cases are reviewed and some take longer than others. While its understandable to be frustrated, you don't ever want to be responsible for harassment since things like this can happen. Its best to just do the report like you did, possibly
block the player and then move on.

Its always hard being the bigger person but its well worth it.

 

Next time someone annoys you, block them and report them if they crossed the line. Just don’t retaliate and you’ll be fine.

 

It takes time like the others said to have this looked at. Keep in mind what is going on in the world on both coast and what time of year it is.

The ignore and report button are your friends in this both for microsoft and rockstar.

 

I would suggest to never engage a user that is violating the Code of Conduct, and Terms of Service, just report and block them so you dont end up falling under any cross hairs.

 

With Xbox and Microsoft, you always need to make sure to just report and block the user. People will always troll, but there is nothing you can really do about it, and rather than making a worse situation, just find a new game, or ignore the person. They
do it to constantly annoy others, which in your case they successfully did. Hope this helps, have a great day!
