Why is microsoft store not working?

I have a Xbox One S and whenever I open the Microsoft store on it doesn't show any games or apps it just has the boxes where their meant to be. Sometimes it says Something went wrong with CV: 5B+v7CpJrTu7j0t0UOmOlm.67 and sometimes it differentiates

Hello There ! Please Go to "Setting - Console Info - Reset Console - and select keep my games and apps".

Then when you see a notification that ask you if you want to use your last Xbox setting, click yes. Then the store should get an update when done.

Please try the steps one at a time to resolve the issue.

Solution 1: Check if your Windows version is up to date by going to Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates. The latest one should be 2H22

Solution 2: Change the region of your device.

Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region.

Under Country or region, select your new region.

You can switch back to your original region at any time.

Solution 3: Reset Windows Store through Command Prompt

Type cmd in Windows Search box > Right click on Command Prompt > Run As Administrator > Type WSreset.exe and click Enter > Reboot your computer
