Why is Microsoft so strict and harsh?

Microsoft banned my entire Xbox from multiplayer on a account I hardly even am on or even play on that account all I do is let my friends message people sometimes on it trash talking casually that’s it but for in their words “harassing players online and verbal abuse through party and messaging” I have read every single message I sent or my friends sent on that account in the past and the bad stuff I did I already got punished 15 day console ban from multiplayer,communication,and messaging on a account that only has 2 offenses just for messaging. So basically a account I am barely on with a few past offenses over messaging you are way too strict and insane banning a entire console from multiplayer over a few texts I would expect a 5 day ban maybe blocking messaging but 15 days of no multiplayer on the entire console every single account blocked? You are borderline harassing me over a few texts and I got no way to get my multiplayer back over nothing 5 strikes for nothing I did not harass anyone I know I am innocent you say you got proof that account harassed people recently but you don’t a few messages doing casual trash talk everyone does this is why people convert to PlayStation cause your policies suck your rules are overdramatic and strict and you don’t listen to your community if you ban someone it’s always 100% you don’t hear them out so here’s my question why? Why are you so strict? Why do you not listen? Why do you ban with no explanation? I can’t even play on my main account because you guys banned a account I’m not even on do better Microsoft do better I didn’t harm anyone I been banned for past week and banned for 6 more days I’ve tried to fight it tried to appeal it tried to show them proof I never done anything but no they still kept the console ban I can’t even play on my main account just cause this account got banned for no reason if there is a reason it’s a dumb one I been stuck bored for past week not being able to play with friends because of a strict system and enforcement team who don’t listen I just want freedom.

You are responsible for everything done on your account. So even if it wasn't you but was someone else using your account you are still held responsible.

When they commit the same thing on their console then goto your console to commit the same thhing oe worse use your profile to commit the same thing that ban dodging also harassment if they are targeting said person

You do.not.see.what they do on their console

You really should be ask your friends that question

Why are they doing it on Your console on YOUR profiles and theirs

Deleting a profile.wont solve your issue

Dealing with your friends does

Actions on your profile.and console is still your responsibility

How did you know we were ban dodging? Is that really a reason they would ban you if they found you messaging on a secondary when your banned on your main? Could have the many suspensions I got on my main effected my secondary to get banned even if it only had 2 strikes cause both accounts were on the same console so they gave a console ban? I didn’t think they kept track of that thank you for informing me of this I will be more careful with myself and my friends to not use a secondary to message someone that killed me on my main account or my friend using it to message someone to get past the ban on their account I think I now know why I got banned because of your explanation Microsoft saw that I once used the secondary account this one to message someone that killed me so or was toxic to me on my main I will admit a week before this ban I got banned over a gamerpic on my main for 8 days but multiplayer was still available I dmed a few people that were toxic to me on this secondary saying normal trash talk but nothing profanity or cursing maybe they banned me for 15 days cause I was abusing this dodging method Everytime I got banned on my main once this ban is over on the 9th of October I’m gonna delete this account I’m messaging you on and keep my main I was stupid to use it to dodge their systems and tell my friends they can use it too they obviously caught on and banned my console from gaming to teach me a lesson to stop I should of known.

I mean they don’t anymore it is mostly me that ban dodged cause I didn’t know it was against guidelines it was my fault not theirs i am the one that kept doing it but now that I know it was wrong I will stop it I was stupid and I accept responsibility.
