    So is Microsoft and Xbox still pretending like there isn't an edge issue with downloads? Or are they still going to continue to block us from downloading mods that they themselves bragged the console supports....

    IMO they are intentionally ignoring the issue because of Minecraft.... They already had a shareholders meeting saying how much money was being made from mods not on the Microsoft store. And not too long after that we quit being able to download mods with the forced alpha ring edge update....

    So when will Microsoft actually address the issue instead of ignoring it?

    Please tell me the real reason why we can't download stuff off of the new Microsoft Edge, you could in the pre September 23rd version of Microsoft Edge and don't tell me that you were always unable to download off of the old Microsoft Edge. Please respond to my post and explain it to me!

    I have some files i downloaded from instagram videos pictures had them saved into the file explorer pictures and videos folder that are between 10mb to 100mb when i was able to download them it would pop up on the bottom saying i could save it and
    put the destination to that location now nothing shows up anymore when i do that.
    Is this issue on the Console or on PC?

    What exactly are you trying to download?

    Usually, Edge wouldn't allow any download at all, as the Xbox Console runs Apps in a sandboxed virtual environment with only limited storage space.

    I'd imagine you'd be able to download small media files like images or something like that.

    But other downloads don't work by design. For downloading stuff you need to use Edge on an actual PC or Laptop.
