    why is microsoft dragging on a support case for a month


    about a month ago my main microsoft account got hacked and now for a month microsoft has been dragging my case I have been told 4 times I will get a call over phone in a few days, and i never got one every single time. What is going on? why is support so bad? why is microsoft not doing anything? why did they ever get rid of microsoft support over call? someone tell me.

    I am also facing an issue with Xbox Live team and their Advocacy team is utter crap. Xbox support is full of idiots. They don't have the Advocacy team in Australia and there is no US number we can call the Advocacy team on. They'll reply to email during
    our night and ask a super stupid question; just to drag on the case.

    Don't know why MS pays them.
