Why is Microsoft asking me to pay $2699.90 for a game I already own?

I don't want sell here anything, i am asking for information, what to do, if i want legally sell game witch is owned by microsoft, or sell items with logo/content from game which is owned by microsoft (or some part of microsoft)

I want sell on my own pages, but i must solve copyrights for this content. What and where pay some percent from profit, and so on.

As I told, i ask already on MS partner forum, and they send me here to ask.

The image above shows that the game is buyable from the PC. Now whether or not I'm buying on the PC for the Xbox or for the PC isn't clear, but either way, I already own it, so why would it be asking me to pay (again)?

Yes it does and it is shown in my order history. My add ons show it’s installed but the Microsoft store doesn’t show that I own the Vault Edition it’s asking me to pay $30 after I already spent $100

I already considered this and found it on the USA market. But I wanted to buy the game with credits on my Microsoft account.

This isn't possible because those are European credits. So that's why I asked if there is a way to pay it with euro's in the Microsoft store.

Are u out of your mind? Isnt about seeyin friends playin, its about why they can play and us not! Im not asking microsoft a favor, i pay for this, i just want to sit in my chair and play some game, that i already payed for, and with my ultimate payed every month!
