    Why is Microsoft allowed to do criminal things?


    I have had a microsoft account for around 20 years in order to play games. I recently bought yet another Xbox and since Microsoft decided that I have bought too much stuff from them they locked my account, AGAIN. They make it nearly impossible to talk to anyone. After submitting the recovery form several times and always being told that I don't give enough info to recover, I finally called. I was told since my son changed my recovery email and can't remember it, I can't use my account anymore. I have spent thousands of dollars on consoles just to be locked out of it because Microsoft saw I signed in from a new xbox, which they sold me. And all my games and downloads over 20 years are just gone now? How is microsoft allowed to steal from me?

    Just play in private games then or not at all if you can't deal with evil criminals doing evil criminal things like evil criminals do in real life against evil criminals.

    So why are you allowing yourself to be treated like a criminal? Why do you continue to have a Gold subscription? You can cancel it at any time and get money back for the time not used.

    You're clearly not listening to what I said either.

    Phone is linked and setup, Why am I not getting that option to receive a recovery code? I know full well its setup. If microsoft gave me that option i wouldnt be in this situation.

    Not allowing me regain access to my account with i have spent $$$ on is criminal by Microsoft.
